I highly recommend and I’m very grateful for my real estate agent Kevin Schmidt with the Legacy Real Estate Group Keller Williams Arizona Realty located in Prescott, Arizona. I am a retired real estate broker relocating from California to Prescott Valley. I first retained another agent who wanted me to drive around on my own without any input and find homes of interest on my own that she would then schedule appointments for, so this is not the level of service that I desired. So I contacted a friend of mine who is in a network of the top real estate agents in the country and he referred me to Kevin. Being a real estate broker, I know a good agent when I see one and Kevin surpassed my best expectations and delivered the highest quality of service to me. Not only did he take the time to fully understand my type of home desire and my budget, he thought out of the box and made suggestions I hadn’t considered and I ended up with a home even better than I had planned and still within my original budget. He was great in taking his time to show me many options with total confidence that he would find the home that would make me happy. Mission accomplished! And even after finding the home he first made sure of the condition of the home, that there wouldn’t be any surprises later and that it would be the right home for me long term. We've done a couple of shoots for this team and it has been and incredible experience! We have worked with lots of realtors and we can tell that this is one awesome group!
